How long have you worked for Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS)?
I've been with KCS for a little over three years now and in my current role for just over two years.
Please describe your typical day
The most interesting part of this job is that there is no ‘typical’ day. From on-site and remote meetings to site visits, remote implementations, and everything in between – every day brings with it a new challenge and a new goal to work towards.
What do you like best about KCS?
I would say the three main things are:
Function: Being a valued resource and go-to person for all facets of the organization.
Flexibility: I am able to work at home or at the beach, and I can come and go from the office as necessary to handle family issues.
Freedom to perform my tasks and responsibilities by whatever means I deem necessary.
What would be useful for new hires to know about KCS?
KCS is more than just a workplace, it's a family and a solid support network. Colleagues are always willing to assist each other if you might be stuck on something. All you need to do is ask. That is something that has really stood out to me.
